By Resolution No 7 (16.03.2018) of the Park’s Board of Directors, the Procedural Guidelines completing Cinque Terre MPA’s Implementation and Organisation Regulation have been approved. The Guidelines contain detailed provisions on lawful activities (listed in the Regulation approved by Ministry Decree 24.02.2015) and how to perform them.
HOW TO APPLY
In order to obtain an authorisation to perform a lawful activity at Cinque Terre MPA, it is necessary to apply to the MPA as follows: fill in the specific forms available at the sections on annual authorisations or daily permits; attach the documents showing the fulfilment of requirements as listed in the Regulation and Guidelines; attach (not stick) a €16 tax stamp where required.
Applications for the authorisation of leasing and rental activities within Cinque Terre MPA must be submitted no later than 15 May 2018 to the National Park offices; late applications will not be considered.
Applications for the authorisation of the following lawful activities must be submitted no later than 15 June 2018 to the National Park offices: TV and photo shoots, underwater guided visits, educational activities, transport of passengers and guided visits, maritime transport, whale-watching, recreational or professional fishing; late applications will not be considered.
Authorisations are valid for one year and expire on 31 December 2018.
WHERE TO APPLY
Applications can be delivered by hand (Monday to Friday, from 9.00 to 12.30) or regular mail to Cinque Terre National Park offices, Via Discovolo snc, Località Manarola, 19017 Riomaggiore (SP) – Ufficio Protocollo.
